Social Media Executive

Job Description

Job Responsibilities Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube. Create engaging social media posts, banners, posters, reels and promotional videos. Design marketing creatives using Canva, Photoshop or similar tools. Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and generate business leads. Write professional captions, content, hashtags and promotional messages. Promote the company's services, job vacancies and business offerings online. Generate leads and identify potential clients through social media platforms. Manage LinkedIn outreach and connect with HR, Admin, Facility and Procurement professionals. Monitor engagement, followers, reach and campaign performance. Prepare weekly and monthly social media performance reports. Coordinate with the business development team for marketing campaigns and lead follow-ups. Stay updated on digital marketing trends and social media algorithms. Required Skills & Qualifications Graduate, Graphic Designer, Business Administration or a related field (preferred). 2–5 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing (freshers with relevant skills may apply). Knowledge of Canva, graphic design and short-video editing. Good written communication skills in English and Hindi. Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and other social media platforms. Basic knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, hashtags and lead generation. Creative thinking, time management and attention to detail.
