Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Qikly Jobs uses account information and limited public-source hiring or job-seeking signals.
Account and service information
Qikly may store account details, profile information, CV data, job postings, applications, hiring activity, verification records and service logs where needed to operate the platform.
Public-source information
Qikly may index limited information from lawful public sources when it is clearly relevant to hiring or job seeking. Public candidate signals are not presented as registered Qikly members. Qikly preserves the original source link and source name so users can verify context.
Data minimisation
Qikly does not intentionally scrape private contact details for public candidate signals. Public-source records are limited to information such as a public display name, stated role, location or experience where available, source platform, posting time and original source URL.
Retention
Public candidate signals are automatically removed after 45 days when no longer current. Qikly may delete data sooner when it is no longer necessary, when a source requires deletion, or when a valid removal request is received.
Third-party source restrictions
Qikly only enables third-party data sources when their applicable terms and permissions allow the intended use. Sources that require separate commercial approval remain disabled until that approval is obtained.
Access, correction and removal
Registered users can manage account information through their account. Anyone whose public-source information appears on Qikly can request removal without creating an account.
Security
Qikly Jobs uses access controls and security measures intended to protect stored information. Sensitive credentials and service keys are not intended to be exposed publicly.
